These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between acs67 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the acs67 online casino and sports betting platform available at https://acs67.io. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by acs67, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, crash games, and sports betting markets. By using the acs67 platform in any capacity, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2. Eligibility

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible Player may be voided and forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games and sports betting markets on acs67, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the acs67 Platform. The creation or use of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. acs67 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any BDT wallet balances, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your acs67 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. acs67 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, acs67 will require satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. acs67 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to comply with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

acs67 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). acs67 does not accept cryptocurrency or any payment method not listed on the Platform's banking page.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Platform's banking page at the time of transaction. These thresholds are subject to change at acs67's discretion with reasonable notice provided to active Players. acs67 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits on a per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis, which are likewise published on the banking page.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion and will be processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. acs67 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending AML or fraud review. Withdrawals will be returned to the originating payment method wherever technically possible. acs67 does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawal transactions; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which acs67 accepts no liability.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the acs67 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied on the Platform. Any currency conversion fees incurred at the payment provider level are the responsibility of the Player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bet credits, and cashback offers made available by acs67 are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, together with these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific promotion page, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered a specified number of times in eligible games before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible game categories are stated on each promotion page. Bets placed on games with a contribution rate of less than 100% will count toward the wagering requirement at the stated contribution percentage.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to review the expiry date of any bonus credited to their account.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

acs67 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds where it suspects or identifies abuse of any promotional offer. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and providing false information in connection with a promotional claim.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

acs67 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human interaction method to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, blackjack, or live dealer games.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• Money laundering, fraudulent deposits, chargeback fraud, or any other attempt to use the Platform for illicit financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with acs67.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform or its underlying technology.

acs67 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report any activity suspected to constitute fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct to the appropriate authorities.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed on the acs67 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by acs67. acs67 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the Platform suspects irregular betting patterns, odds errors, or where market liquidity constraints apply.

7.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds quoted on the Platform are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Where odds are materially incorrect due to a manifest error, acs67 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds. 7.3 Cricket-Specific Rules

For Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other cricket competitions offered on the acs67 sportsbook, specific settlement rules apply regarding reduced-over matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, and match abandonment. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and cricket-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

7.4 In-Play Betting

12. Limitation of Liability

acs67 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. acs67's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Amendments to These Terms

acs67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, acs67 will provide reasonable prior notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
